To secure your booking please pay your hire fee plus returnable deposit of £50 via bank transfer to :

By ticking the box below box, you agree
- To take full responsibility for any damages/breakages that may occur during your hire period.
- To clean up after yourselves and remove all rubbish at the end of the hire period.
- To clean and return all items used back in the correct storage area.
- Not to park in the private car park adjacent to “The Hollies”. The hall has limited on site parking (8) but public “Pay and Display” facilities can be found close by on Bridge Street (2 minutes walk) and Field Lane (5 minutes walk).
- Not to allow Bouncy Castles, Weapons (including toy guns firing high velocity foam ammunition) and Barbeques in the hall or outside areas.
- Not to play loud music after 10.45 pm
- To continue to follow the latest government guidance aimed at protecting those most vulnerable to COVID-19 and maintaining resilience:- To not enter the hall if unwell, have COVID-19 symptoms or recommended self-isolation not complete, To maintain social distancing as far as possible, respecting those who may be cautious, To use hand sanitiser or soap, To please wear face coverings in confined areas/ at busy or crowded events, To “Catch it, Bin it, Kill it”, To open windows for ventilation, To take a test if you develop COVID-19 symptoms within 24 hours of visiting the hall.
Please note failure to comply with the above may result in a proportion of your deposit being retained. Late cancellations (made within 24 hours of hire start time) will be chargeable in full.
